This will probably be my last giftart in a looong time, but I just had to do it! I absolutely adore =takara13, she is just the sweetest person ever! I'm a huge fan of her character Ukato, too. The name's so clever (lol think about it) and her design is gorgeous. Thus, this picture. I'm starting to work out glow effects.
